Refund Policy
Return Policy:
The law only obligates stores to accept returns of products purchased by consumers if they are defective. Otherwise, accepting returns will depend on the company's commercial policy. Therefore, if the product you purchase has no defects but simply isn't your size, model, color, or you don't like it, Doze is not obligated to refund you. Doze is also not obligated to exchange it for another size, model, or color. Doze does not issue refunds if the reason for the return is not attributable to the company. Doze does not adhere to the right of withdrawal. These policies are backed by Law No. N•19.496. No exchanges of any kind are accepted, this is to guarantee the highest quality for customers, and for hygiene reasons. All items on sale have no exchange or return.
Warranty:
You have a legal warranty period of 3 months, excluding cases of any product failure for the reasons indicated below.
You must return the product and if the warranty is approved you may request a product exchange or a refund. You will cover all costs associated with the return (e.g., shipping). After this legal period of 3 months, no exchanges or returns are accepted.
The aforementioned warranty will not apply if the customer has been negligent in the use and care of the product or if the failure is due to natural wear and tear (you can see the recommended care on our website).
Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages caused by misuse of the product are completely excluded from the warranty:
Deterioration of gold plating on jewelry, loss of pendants, breakage of chains due to external forces or pulls, breakage of parts due to blows or falls, darkening of silver due to use, skin pH, among others. These are examples and there may be more.
If your product has a defect, you should really consider what the cause of it is. Your product will be evaluated and analyzed by our experts to determine the cause of the failure. If it is considered that the failure was caused by negligence or misuse of the product by the customer, the warranty will not be effective and the product will be returned to the customer FOR PAYMENT.
A warranty CANNOT be requested for lost or incomplete products. To be able to make use of the warranty, you must bring the product in its entirety, with all its parts.
We give you some examples (not exclusive of other possible situations) in which the warranty will not apply:
If you have purchased a gold-plated product and do not take it off when bathing, sleeping, swimming in the sea or pool, among other activities, and you notice that the gold plating has worn or deteriorated, the legal warranty will not apply, as this is due to misuse and lack of care of a gold-plated jewel.
Similarly, if you receive a chain in perfect condition and it breaks due to a pull or because it got caught on something, the legal warranty will also not apply.
If you lose any pendant from your necklace or bracelet and cannot bring it for evaluation, the warranty cannot be applied.
The warranty does not apply and no refunds will be given if the product causes any type of allergy.
To exercise the terms of the warranty, you must first send an email to ventas.doze@gmail.com sending the following information:
- Original receipt or invoice Products must be in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging
- Photos of the product and its fault
- A description of what happened
- The purchase date and the name of the item with its code (the SKU can be found on the product page)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Remember that you will cover all costs associated with the return (e.g., shipping).
Shipping:
You will cover all costs associated with the return (e.g., shipping). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
